Changan's Bluecore powertrains are a range of advanced engines and hybrid transmissions designed to provide optimal performance, efficiency, and environmental sustainability. These products feature a range of advanced technologies, such as direct injection, turbocharging, and variable valve timing, which help to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. Additionally, Bluecore powertrains are designed to be lightweight and compact, which contributes to their impressive performance. Changan's Bluecore powertrains are available in a variety of sizes and configurations, making them suitable for a range of vehicle types, including sedans and SUVs.

In addition to the advanced engines and hybrid transmissions, Changan's Bluecore system also includes several innovative technologies such as the high-pressure hydraulic system, electronic dual-pump technology, S-winding winding technology, and three-clutch integrated technology. The system is capable of achieving an overall efficiency of 90% and a maximum torque of 590N·m, with a top speed of 200km/h and 0-100km/h acceleration in just 6 seconds. The energy consumption of the motor directly determines the driving range under a fixed battery capacity. Therefore, in addition to power output and load requirements, the electric vehicle drive system is also essential for reducing overall vehicle energy consumption.

Changan developed a 7-in-1 electric drive system that can achieve both time and energy savings. The key point of the "7-in-1" system is on "high degree of integration." High integration means small size, high efficiency, and low noise. The 7-in-1 electric drive system adopts a series of technologies that are beneficial to NVH improvement, such as NVH active control, EMC multi-source interference classification control, active thermal control, and NVH active harmonic injection. For example, the active harmonic injection technology can actively inject and finely calibrate harmonic waves through software, reducing inherent motor noise by more than 10 dB.

Compared with the "three-in-one" electric drive system consisting of a motor, accelerator, and controller, the 7-in-1 system reduces volume by 5%, weight by 10%, increases power density by 37%, reduces noise by 15%, and improves efficiency by 5%. It is Changan's brand new electric drive system, achieving a total efficiency of over 95% and an average efficiency of over 90%.
