About the Role
As an Evaluation and Road Test Engineer - Intelligent Integration, you will be responsible for conducting user research and preparing export reports while providing valuable suggestions to the project team. You will develop estimation strategies and oversee the execution of estimations, focusing on key areas such as the cockpit and driving functionalities, psychical testing. Your insights will play a crucial role in supporting the intelligent integration of vehicle systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majors include Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, and other related fields
At least 5 years of working experience
Understand the basic structure of vehicles and be familiar with the fundamental working principles of automotive electrical appliances
Proficient in mainstream user research and market research methods, such as questionnaires, user interviews, symposia, and usability testing, with a track record of successful project experience
Strong insight and analytical skills, with a keen understanding of user experience. Skilled in the use of statistical analysis software and able to present research results in a deep, objective, and accurate manner
Relevant work experience in overseas vehicle experience evaluation. Familiar with intelligent products of mainstream models in the overseas market, with strong user empathy and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English as the primary working language is essential. Knowledge of Mandarin, German, or any other European languages is desirable
Proficient in CANoe, V-SPY or other data collection tools
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for evaluating intelligent driving and intelligent cockpit experiences
Responsible for researching users' habits, attitudes, and behaviours, as well as conducting demand investigations to clarify users' needs for products, and producing user analysis reports
Responsible for carrying out competitive product analysis and generating competitive product analysis reports
Responsible for prototype testing, proof of concept, usability testing, formulating test plans, producing test reports, and providing product improvement suggestions
Responsible for implementing post-market research on products, identifying areas for improvement in products and services through big data analysis and user feedback, and turning these insights into effective suggestions for enhancing product experience
Responsible for the collection of intelligent performance adaptability scenarios, preparation and implementation of test methods
Responsible for the research of intelligent performance test technology, the construction of test equipment and the formulation of test methods

Travel may be required but depends on project requirement
