About the Role
As a Test Engineer – Function Verification, you will be responsible for vehicle function testing, including designing test cases and executing tests across various functions such as the cockpit, driving, OTA, and function logic. Additionally, you will develop automation tests to ensure the performance and reliability of the system. Your role will be essential in verifying the functionality and quality of the vehicle’s features and ensuring they meet the required standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 5 years of working experience
Understand and be familiar with the principles of vehicle control systems and cockpit systems, cloud platforms, and the functional logic strategy of vehicle machinery and instrument components
Have a strong understanding of Android, QNX, Linux, and RTOS systems and ecosystems, with experience in system integration testing
Experience in automotive cockpit function testing, with a certain level of programming ability, such as Python. Experience in automated test bench development is preferred
Familiar with CAN communication principles and development methods, and experienced with vehicle testing and analysis tools such as CANoe, CANape, V-SPY, etc.
Strong data analysis capabilities with CAN, LIN, and Ethernet
Proficiency in English as the primary working language is essential. Knowledge of Mandarin, German, or any other European languages is desirable
Duties & Responsibilities
Function verification of vehicle settings, control systems, driving, cockpit, OTA, data cloud, power management, and other related areas
Release of test plans, strategies, test cases, and submission of reports
Development of automation test tools to support automated testing
Bug reporting and management using DTM or other IT systems, and providing support to developers for bug fixes
Follow the VPP (Verification Process Plan) to drive forward system-level verification and testing, support engineering for bug fixing, and deliver quality requirements

Travel may be required but depends on project requirement
