About the Role
As a Product Manager - Digital Cockpit - Tinnove, you will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management of automotive smart cockpit solutions in local markets. This includes conducting market intelligence analysis, prioritising requirements, and developing product roadmaps. You will also lead localisation initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams to ensure optimal regional competitiveness and enhance the overall user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majors include in Computer Science, Automation, Software Engineering, Telematics, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of working experience, at least 2 years of experience in the automotive, IT sector, or electronics engineering
Proven communication skills, the ability to learn independently, a collaborative approach, and strong analytical reasoning
Technical knowledge of vehicle architecture and smart cockpit systems
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in B2B products, a background in requirements management, and a user-centric approach to product development
Proficiency in English as the primary working language is essential. Knowledge of Mandarin is desirable
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct local market research and benchmarking for in-cabin products and features, identifying and documenting core user touchpoints (Based on preferences, behavioural patterns, and fundamental perceptions of European user groups, investigate regional automotive cabin products and features to identify and articulate genuine local user requirements.)
Plan and iterate automotive cabin product features to continuously enhance the user experience. Assist domestic product managers with overseas-related tasks, including project translation and native-language proofreading
Strengthen local team capabilities, including requirement analysis, product planning, feature design iteration, and functional specification documentation
Support vehicle project implementation in overseas markets and contribute to the development of the engineering team
Assist in developing product training programmes, support vehicle launch campaigns, and facilitate marketing activities

Travel may be required but depends on project requirement
