About the Role
The Operations Officer will be an integral member of the CAUK Operations Department, assisting the Senior Operations Manager in supporting the daily administrative and operational activities of Changan UK’s sales business. The role will also involve handling project-based tasks and other assignments as directed. This position is ideal for a motivated and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the successful growth of Changan’s UK Sales Business operations.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role, preferably within a startup or international environment.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support UK Sale team’s office administration, travel, expense, vehicle, and asset management to ensure efficient daily operations.
Support internal events and initiatives that foster team engagement and cultural integration.
Support marketing events, external visits, dealer training events, and other business activities.
Support creation or revision of business procedures when required
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and action follow-up.
Prepare and submit operational and/or management reports requested by headquarters.
Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Other Features
• Primary location will be at Birmingham Business Park.
• Travel may be required but depends on project requirement.
