About the Role
We are seeking a Dealer Network Manager with automotive industry experience to support the launch of the Changan brand in the UK.

This role requires a hands-on approach as we scale the business from the ground up. As the Network Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to use your contacts, connecting and influencing skills to shape the face of Changan in the UK, working with an innovative product lineup that combines European design excellence with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or similar.

  • Several years of experience in Automotive Sales & Marketing.

  • Proven track record of Network Development & Management.

  • Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, Dealer business planning and trends in Dealer structures and ownerships.

  • Good connections to leading Dealer groups.

  • Proven ability to develop contacts, influence and negotiate successful outcomes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit Franchised Dealer network for UK Sales, in line with representation plans.

  • Manage planning and contract process to deliver Dealer outlets in line with applicable standards of design and representation.

  • Manage appointed agency to complete & update Network Representation plan.

  • Lead and develop Dealer Network team.

  • Develop and implement processes to measure and manage Dealer performance in line with Changan standards and processes, ensuring high levels of customer care and quality.

  • Conduct regular Dealer visits and virtual communication to maintain strong Dealer relationships. Create management feedback processes, manage Dealer Association for open communication. 

  • Facilitate Dealer training for sales and aftersales.
